We cater to many different types of clients, and we strive to make everyone, including you as comfortable as possible during your visit here.

Zena's Spa and Salon is conveniently located in the Cultural District of Baltimore, just minutes from the Inner Harbor
From Downtown Baltimore, turn North on Charles Street. Zena's Spa and Salon is located on the left hand side of the street across from the Belvedere Hotel.
From Towson, take 695 West to 83 South. Take exit number 4/ST. PAUL Street. Take a slight right onto St Paul. Follow to E. Read street, go right. Go right on North Charles. The salon will be located on your left across from the Belvedere.
From DC, take 50 E/New York Avenue to 295 N towards Baltimore. Take RUSSELL ST exit. Merge onto MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. BLVD.. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto W READ ST. Turn LEFT onto N CHARLES ST. The salon will be located on your left across from the Belvedere.
From Philadelphia, take 95 South into Maryland. Take 695 W and follow directions above from Towson

We offer gift certificates for any services, packages, or dollar amount. Our gift certificates are great for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, bridal parties, or just because.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated and are not included in any previous prices, gift certificates or packages and are always left to the discretion of our clients. They can be paid by cash or credit card, no personal checks.
The time slot you chose when making your appointment is specifically for you and we would kindly request a 24-hour notice of your cancellation.
For group and package or multi-service reservations, we require a credit card or gift certificate number. When reservations are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% fee will be charged. When appointments are missed without notice, there will be a 100% charge.
Please arrive 10 minutes in advance to settle down and relax for your service(s). Late arrivals will not get an extension of time and will be responsible for full service fees.
